Life Is Asking You To Be On Purpose - Thriving Healers with Julie Migneault

One of the things I repeat to myself and my clients often is…

Life is asking you to be on purpose.

It’s so easy to fall into the trap of worthiness:  “Who am I to do  __fill in the blank___.”

I shared yesterday that I was feeling anxious about the times we are living in and that I had to consciously move out of that space and into a more empowered space to create from.

The truth is, humanity has some big challenges ahead of us.  Our old conditioned ways of being that have us operating from “separation “consciousness” or the limbic / survival brain will not get us where we need to be as a collective.

As Einstein said, “No problem can be solved from the same level of consciousness that created it.”

We need to move into a deeper presence and consciously create in alignment with our soul.

It can be overwhelming to be aware of all that’s going on in the world and to stay centered, present and on purpose.

Yet now, more than ever, life is asking us to be on purpose.

The thing is, you don’t have to do it all.  When each of us is awake to our purpose and living it, we each bring leadership to different areas.

We collaborate.

There are some that are uniquely designed to bring environmental solutions, some that will bring leadership to the systemic issues of racism and oppression.  Some that are called to serve as educators, health care workers or some who stock grocery store shelves so that we have access to the food supply.  Every single piece of the puzzle is equally important.

Your job is to get clear on just YOUR part.  Not to minimize it, deny it, or put it off for tomorrow.

It’s more painful to avoid our purpose than it is to answer its calling.

I’ve spoken with thousands of healing practitioners over the years and it’s a common theme that we stay paralyzed thinking we aren’t good enough to do the thing we came to the planet to do.  Or we try to put our gifts out into the world and don’t gain traction because we don’t have a clear system to bring our gifts forward.

What if we stopped asking the question… “Am I good enough?” and instead asked… “What is life / spirit asking of me at this time?  Am I willing to say yes?”

I invite you to lean into the fear and say YES to that which is calling you.  Say YES to your purpose.

It serves no one for you to stay small.  We each have something to contribute.
